• Refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.
• The product or service must be unused, and in the case of physical goods, returned in its original packaging.
• Services (e.g., license fees, program enrollment) are eligible only if the service has not been availed.
• Digital products / PDF downloads are not eligible for a refund once accessed.

3. If approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

3. Non‑Refundable Items

• Donations made to Samraddh Bharat Foundation.
• Membership / registration fees (unless the service was not provided at all).
• Any product or service explicitly marked as “non‑refundable” at the time of purchase.
