This Shipping & Returns Policy describes the delivery and return procedures for products purchased through our platform (marketplace, medicine orders, agriculture inputs, etc.).

1. Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard delivery time is 7‑10 business days depending on the destination.
• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
• We currently ship to all states and union territories of India.
• Once shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email / SMS.

2. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• To initiate a return, please email returns@sbfngo.tech with your order ID and reason for return.
• Reverse pickup will be arranged (free of charge) wherever available; otherwise, the buyer may need to courier the item back.

3. Refunds for Returns

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10‑15 business days.

4. Non‑Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (seeds, fresh produce).
• Personal care / health items that have been opened.
• Digital products and services.
