To provide a strong direction to the rural, urban, and social development of India, the organization has formed various administrative, managerial, social, health, education, and public awareness based positions. Each position plays a vital role in strengthening the mission, discipline, development, and public service of the organization.

Foundation's Main Objective

The objective of the organization is not just organizational building but nation building, rural development, women empowerment, health awareness, education expansion, spreading digital services, employment generation, and accelerating social change.

Organizational Structure & Responsibilities

Additional Director

State-level administrative head. Leads all major projects, administrative systems, expansion plans, and branch operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Ground-level implementation of organizational policies in the state
  • βœ“Monitoring all districts, work review, and reporting
  • βœ“Coordination with government and non-government departments
  • βœ“Final administrative and disciplinary responsibility
  • βœ“Developing state-level development models
Only one Additional Director appointed per state

State Development Coordinator

Coordinator for project expansion and branch establishment. Works in groups of five districts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Establishing branches in new districts and areas
  • βœ“Appointment and training of district-level officers
  • βœ“Implementation of health, education, agriculture, women empowerment schemes
  • βœ“Regular inspection and submission of development reports
  • βœ“Ensuring quality and transparency of branches
Typically one position for a group of five districts

District Branch Manager

Head of district-level administrative operations. Office management, records, and documentation system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Operation of all projects and office systems in the district
  • βœ“Coordination and discipline of employees and officers
  • βœ“Delivering schemes to block and gram panchayat levels
  • βœ“Monthly review and report preparation
  • βœ“Establishing a positive image of the organization at district level
One District Branch Manager per district

District President

Social and organizational leadership in the district. Maintains unity, discipline, and harmony.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Coordination among all officers and members
  • βœ“Organizing new member appointments and social meetings
  • βœ“Promoting social service activities
  • βœ“Providing leadership in organizational campaigns
  • βœ“Maintaining public trust and cooperation
One District President per district, social representation

District Field Coordinator

Oversight of field operations and grassroots work. Training of block-level officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Monitoring and inspection of all blocks in the district
  • βœ“Training block officers and teams
  • βœ“Ground-level monitoring of health, education, agriculture, digital awareness programs
  • βœ“Preparing progress reports and submitting to higher authorities
  • βœ“Resolving block and village-level problems
One Field Coordinator per district

Dr. BAMS

Registered BAMS doctor, spreading rural health awareness and healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Organizing health camps at gram panchayat and block levels
  • βœ“Health checkups and counseling for people
  • βœ“Special attention to health of women, adolescents, children, and elderly
  • βœ“Nutrition awareness campaigns and epidemic-related information
  • βœ“Operation of health card and medical consultation services
One registered BAMS doctor per district as needed

Block Development Coordinator

Operation of development work at block level. Implementation of schemes in gram panchayats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Implementation of organizational schemes in all gram panchayats of the block
  • βœ“Appointment of Women Village Development Coordinator in each gram panchayat
  • βœ“Appointment and training of volunteers
  • βœ“Daily reporting, field inspection, and review of development plans
  • βœ“Promoting women empowerment and employment
One Block Development Coordinator per block

Village Development Coordinator

The most important grassroots role. A female worker who delivers schemes to the public.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Door-to-door surveys and awareness campaigns
  • βœ“Spreading health, education, agriculture, financial awareness, digital services
  • βœ“Making women's groups self-reliant and cleanliness campaigns
  • βœ“Informing farmers about modern agricultural techniques
  • βœ“Assistance in health cards, licenses, and government schemes
One Women Village Development Coordinator will be appointed per gram panchayat

Journalist

Media and publicity. Spreading the organization's activities to every person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Coverage of organizational programs and news preparation
  • βœ“Public awareness campaigns and social media promotion
  • βœ“Media training for volunteers and field teams
  • βœ“Preparing promotional materials and documenting social campaigns
  • βœ“Dissemination of organizational election campaigns and development activities
Media coordination at state and district level

Teacher Membership

Promoting education and knowledge service. Online and offline coaching, training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Quality education and training classes for students
  • βœ“Competitive exam preparation, providing digital education
  • βœ“Career guidance and personality development
  • βœ“Role in moral education and skill development
  • βœ“Better education for children in rural and backward areas
Respectful honorarium and certificate of appreciation provided

Volunteers

Grassroots strength and foundation of social service. Development warriors at gram panchayat level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • βœ“Developing their gram panchayat and area
  • βœ“Health, education, cleanliness, women empowerment campaigns
  • βœ“Blood donation camps, environmental protection, social service programs
  • βœ“Understanding people's problems and connecting them to the organization
  • βœ“Participating in survey work and assisting in registration services
